Easy Garlic Chicken
Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 garlic cloves minced
4 tablespoons brown sugar
3 teaspoons olive oil
Directions:
Preheat oven to 500 degrees and spray a casserole dish with nonstick spray.
In small sauté pan, sauté garlic with the oil until tender, remove from the heat and stir in the brown sugar.
Place chicken breast into prepared baking dish and cover with the garlic and brown sugar mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes – until juices run clear.

Bacon Breakfast Taquitos

Ingredients:
1 slice center-cut bacon or turkey bacon
1 egg
2 tablespoons shredded cheese
Two 6-inch corn tortillas

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a baking pan with nonstick spray.

Cook bacon until crispy, either in a skillet over medium heat or on a microwave-safe plate in the microwave. (See package for cook time.)

Scramble egg in frying pan sprayed with nonstick spray. Mix in cheese and crumbled bacon stir mixture.
Place tortillas between 2 damp paper towels. Microwave for 15 seconds, or until warm and pliable.

Evenly distribute egg mixture between the two tortillas. Tightly roll each tortilla into a tube, and place seam-side down in the baking pan. If needed, secure with toothpicks. Lightly spray with nonstick spray.

Bake until crispy, 10 - 12 minutes. Enjoy!

Cherry Cheese Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (8- or 9-inch) baked pie shell or graham cracker crumb crust
  • 1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling, chilled

Directions

  1. In large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in EAGLE BRAND® sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla.
  2. Pour into crust; chill 4 hours or until set. Top with desired amount of cherry pie filling before serving. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.

Hot Bacon and Swiss Cheese Dip

2 Cups shredded Swiss
1 cup Mayo
8 Oz Cream Cheese softened
3 Green Onions chopped up
8-10 slice of cooked Bacon Crumbled
2 teaspoons Brown Mustard
1/4 Teaspoon Ground Pepper

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients together. Bake for 25-30 minutes until brown and bubbly on the top. Service with crackers, vegetables, breadsticks, or bread.
