Laney Montgomery is living the dream – a successful L.A. fashion designer, a fabulous home in the Hollywood Hills and happily married to an English film director. But on a trip back home to South Carolina, she finds herself in the middle of a family crisis, which she’s determined to fix. However, the affections of a handsome, younger man creates havoc in her personal life. With her marriage in serious trouble back in California, Laney is faced with losing it all but maybe that’s the only way for her to find true happiness.
I loved Sparkelicious. It was such a good story. I really liked how the family stuck together and got along so well. Laney had two sisters who lived in Greenville near her Mother and her husband.
Laney owned a successful clothing line based in LA, California. She was the owner and designer of the Sparkelicious clothing line. It was an upscale causal line that many of the Hollywood stars wore. She lived in California with her husband Thomas.
She was home visiting her family in Greenville, South Carolina when she started getting odd text messages from her husband. Which lead Laney to think that maybe he was cheating on her. While in Greenville she met a younger handsome man Matt, who seemed to be attracted to her, but Laney was very careful to keep him at arms length, she loved her husband. Here is were the story starts.
Once I started reading Sparkelicious I didn't want to put it down. I couldn't wait to turn the page and see what was going to happen next.
